DEPS is pleased to announce the Advanced High-Power Laser Review, where previously separate events have joined together to better share ideas. This first Advanced High-Power Lasers Review consists of co-located technical sessions organized by three separate conferences, with joint technical and plenary sessions to encourage discussion outside narrow technical limits.
The Omni Interlocken Resort is the Conference hotel.

Registrants can attend any session of the conference for just one registration fee. Some portions of the conference will be conducted at the classified level, and even some unclassified sessions will be limited participation. Registrants will be required to meet the attendance criteria to attend these sessions. There will be a public release joint plenary session available to all attendees of the Conference.

Companions

Companions are always a welcome addition to any DEPS meeting. To encourage them, we offer companion meal options. Our full meal option includes all meals that are provided for regular attendees including any evening and specialty functions that may be planned. For those companions who do not want to be tied to scheduled meal functions, we also offer an evening meal option. This option, which includes only the evening and specialty event functions, allows companions access to the "fun" portions of our events. Companion meal tickets can be purchased as part of your event registration (below) or you may purchase one separately at the DEPS registration desk, opening from 1500-1900 on Monday, 14 June at the Omni.

Upon arrival, those checking the "companion information needed" box on the registration will be provided a welcome packet with information on local points of interest. To assist companions in making plans for their stay, an onsite specialist will meet with interested parties on the first day of the meeting, providing access, individually or as a group, to local attractions and/or tours.

Release Forms

Release forms are required for all presentations and paper at the Advanced High Power Laser Review. Each conference in the Review has its own set of release forms. Follow the links below for the necessary release forms.

Ultrashort Pulse Laser Workshop     SSDLTR     Free Electron Lasers Conference

Call for Papers

Each Conference is publishing an independent Call for Papers. There are many common features to these calls, such as common due dates for presentations and papers. As they become available, the specific conference's Calls for Papers are available through the links below.

Combined proceedings, at both public release and limited distribution level, will be published for the Conference. These proceedings can include presentation materials, papers, or both. The SSDLTR require papers, and all of the conferences encourage them. These should be written in the DEPS conference paper format. Papers are also of interest to the Journal of Directed Energy editors as manuscripts. Upon author approval, papers may be forwarded to the Journal for consideration.
