To submit your classified manuscript to the Journal of Directed Energy (Limited Edition) please follow the instructions below. NOTE: Unclassified manuscripts should submitted to the Journal of Directed Energy. Manuscripts must be classified Confidential or Secret and must include a distribution statement such as distribution limitation C or D. Please refer to our Author Instructions page for specific formatting instructions. Mail a paper copy of the classified manuscript, along with an electronic copy in Microsoft Word in .doc format (not .docx) to: Ktech Corporation Address the inside envelope as follows: Ktech Corporation Authors should, if possible, supply the names and contact information of five suggested reviewers, although the Journal editors reserve the right to choose their own reviewers. Please note that the reviewers must be consistent with the distribution limitation. For example, potential reviewers in the Department of Homeland Security cannot receive manuscripts for review that are marked Distribution Limitation D. Include with your submission the name, address, phone, STU phone number if available, fax, and e-mail of person(s) to receive proofs. Unclassified queries may be submitted to the corresponding author via e-mail. Classified queries will be handled appropriately. Final proofs will be mailed to authors as electronic files. In the interests of timeliness and at discretion of the Editor, minor editorial changes may not be subject to author review. Authors must submit a Classified Release Form for their paper so that the editor may accept the paper for review. Submission of a paper signifies the authors certification that the paper has not been published, nor under consideration elsewhere elsewhere, and they have secured all requisite permissions.
