To submit your classified manuscript to the Journal of Directed Energy (Limited Edition) please follow the instructions below. NOTE: Unclassified manuscripts should submitted to the Journal of Directed Energy. Manuscripts must be classified Confidential or Secret and must also include a distribution statement such as distribution limitation C or D. Mail the classified manuscript to Ktech Corporation Address the inside envelope as follows: Ktech Corporation Authors should supply the names and contact information of five suggested reviewers, although the Journal editors reserve the right to choose their own reviewers independent of the list supplied. Please note that the reviewers must be consistent with the distribution limitation. For example, potential reviewers in the Department of Homeland Security cannot receive manuscripts for review that are marked Distribution Limitation D. Include with your submission the name, address, phone, STU phone number, fax, and e-mail of person(s) to receive proofs. Queries to the author will be typeset in the proof, and proofs will be mailed to authors as pdf files. Authors will relay corrections to compositor by appropriate secure means. Authors must submit a Classified Release Form for their paper so that the editor may accept the paper for review. Submission of a paper signifies the authors certification that the paper has not been published, nor under consideration, elsewhere and they are willing to make revisions in the paper, if necessary. A preliminary notification of intent to submit should be sent to the editor, Joseph Accetta, via e-mail at jaccetta@deps.org.
