The co-located Solid State and Diode Laser Technology Review and
Ultrashort Pulse Laser Workshop, to be held in Newton, Massachusetts on
29 June through 2 July 2009 will provide an opportunity for your organization to exhibit and/or host a
catered event. This page describes these opportunities and provides details on submitting an application.

All exhibit spaces have been sold. If you would like to be placed on a waiting list for any possible

If you are already an exhibitor and would like to add or upgrade
an exhibit staffer, or supply additional corporate information, please use this form.
Exhibit fees include two complimentary registrations: one full event registration and one
exhibit-only registration. A full registration allows the staff to attend technical sessions of
either event. Exhibit-only registrations include all catering Monday through Thursday,
from breaks to receptions, but does not include attendance at any technical or plenary sessions,
proceedings, or other benefits of attendance.

The complimentary exhibit-only registration can be upgraded to a full event registration for a cost
of $385. Additional exhibit-only registrations can be purchased according to the fee matrix to the right, which
covers the costs of catering for the event.
Note that exhibit staff requesting full registrations must meet the same security requirements
as event registrants. The SSDLTR and Ultrashort Workshop have different security requirments. Please

Event Hosts
Due to the time required for printing of host recognition material, applications to host a catered event at the
co-located SSDLTR and Ultrashort Pulse Laser Workshop are no longer being accepted.
Hospitality Suites
Hospitality suites will be available at the Marriott during the Systems Symposium. A suite must be purchased
for the entire time (i.e., Monday - Thursday nights) and runs $2000 for the four nights. This price does not
include phone, food or any other services provided by the hotel. If you are interested, please contact
