Annual Directed Energy Symposium Hospitality Suite Application

Thank you for your support of DEPS activities. This form should be used to request a hospitality suite at the 15th Annual Directed Energy Symposium to be held 26-30 November 2012 in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Multiple methods of payment are offered, including using our secure server to pay on-line at this time.

Hospitality suites will be available at the Hyatt Regency Albuquerque. A suite must be purchased for the entire time (i.e., Monday - Thursday nights) and runs $1500 for the four nights. This price does not include phone, food or any other services provided by the hotel.

Cancellation Notice
Persons requesting cancellation through 29 October will receive a full refund. Cancellations after 29 October are subject to a $200 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given after 12 November.
