Host Selections

All hosts receive recognition on our website and in the conference program. During the hosted event, a sign is posted recognizing the host and napkins with the host's corporate logo are used. Reception hosts also receive verbal recognition of their contribution. Note: Corporate logos should be emailed to office@deps.org

Cancellation Notice
Persons requesting cancellation through 29 October will receive a full refund. Cancellations after 29 October are subject to a $200 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given after 12 November.
