The Directed Energy Professional Society (DEPS) is pleased to announce
a RFP for unarmed Security Services at our 2025 conferences. We invite
qualified organizations and individuals to submit proposals.
- RFP for Unarmed Security Services at 2025 events
DEPS is soliciting proposals from qualified Contractors to provide professional unarmed security
services for its upcoming symposia and conferences. These events include our Annual Symposium to be held 11-16 May
in Colorado Springs, CO, and the Systems Symposium planned for 16-21 November in Monterey, CA.
Proposal Submission Guidelines:
All proposals must be submitted by 14 March 2025. Interested parties can obtain further details and
submission instructions on the links provided or contacting DEPS at 505 998-4910 DEPS will evaluate proposals
based on technical expertise, experience in directed energy technologies, quality of proposed deliverables,
and alignment with the mission to advance directed energy education and outreach.
