Host Selections

All hosts receive recognition in the conference program. During the hosted event, a sign is posted recognizing the host and napkins with the host's corporate logo are used. Reception hosts also receive verbal recognition of their contribution as well as having their logos displayed throughout the Symposium. Note: Corporate logos should be emailed to office@deps.org

Cancellation Notice
Persons requesting cancellation through 24 April will receive a full refund. Cancellations after 24 April are subject to a $200 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given after 4 May 2026.
