Host Selections

All hosts receive recognition in the conference program. During the hosted event, a sign is posted recognizing the host and napkins with the host's corporate logo are used. Reception hosts also receive verbal recognition of their contribution as well as having their logos displayed throughout the Symposium. Note: Corporate logos should be emailed to office@deps.org

Cancellation Notice
Exhibitors requesting cancellation through 2 March will receive a full refund. Cancellations after 2 March are subject to a $200 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given after 16 March 2026.
