guarantee access to all DEPS events, event sessions, and publications. DEPS events or event sessions may be restricted to U.S. citizens
or to U.S. government employees or contractors. Some DEPS events or event sessions are classified and attendance is
restricted to holders of Secret security clearances and a need-to-know the information being
presented and discussed. The restrictions on attendance are always made explicit in the
announcements for the event. The distribution of DEPS publications may also include restrictions similar to those on events.
These restrictions should be considered before joining DEPS.
