The goal of the meeting was to enable enhanced understanding of the existing state of the art in ultrashort pulse laser science and technology for mutual benefit to the military and to the broader research and industrial communities. The Ultrashort Pulse Laser Workshop was one of three conferences as part of the Advanced High-Power Lasers Review. Registrants who met the participation criteria were able to attend sessions of any meeting for a single registration fee. There was a public release joint technical session available to all attendees of the Advanced High-Power Lasers Review. Highlights
