 UK/US DE Workshop Exhibit Application

Thank you for your support of DEPS activities. This form should be used to submit an application to exhibit at the 2024 UK/US Directed Energy Workshop to be held 22-26 July, 2024 in Swindon and nearby Shrivenham, UK. Exhibit spaces are 8x10 foot and include a 6 foot table, two chairs, and access to UK electrical plugs.

Price per space is $2000 for DEPS Sponsors, $2300 for non-sponsors. Two spaces can be purchased for double the price. Each exibit space includes two complimentary registrations: one full registration and one exhibit-only registration. These exhibit staff registrations will be submitted online after your exhibit application has been submitted.

Multiple methods of payment are offered, including using our secure server to pay on-line at this time.

Cancellation Notice
Exhibitors requesting cancellation through 24 June 2024 will receive a full refund. Cancellations after 24 June are subject to a $200 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given after 8 July 2024.

Please note that DEPS reserves the right to refuse any exhibit application.
