This Year's Theme
Engineering for the Future
This year's Annual Directed Energy Science and Technology Symposium will be held online
13‑15 May 2025. This event will focus on sub-systems and component research as well as development
aspects of DE in a virtual, open-access environment.
The conference will feature unclassified material only, with all technical sessions conducted at the Distribution A level.
Participation is limited to U.S. and U.K. citizens.
Although this is an open event, all
participants must undergo a thorough vetting process conducted by the DEPS Facility Security Officer (FSO).
Only individuals who meet the necessary security requirements will be granted access to the conference sessions.

A high level view at the Annual DE S&T Symposium agenda is in the table to the right
and we aim to have a preliminary agenda by 11 April. Agenda updates will be sent via email after one
has registered and been vetted to attend the event.
For others, this online listing of submitted abstracts
may provide insight into the technical program. This listing shows abstracts submitted to-date for which the authors have
granted permission to be included in this online list. Abstracts can be withdrawn, rejected, or change titles before the event, so not every abstract listed here will
become a presentation at the Symposium; however, most of them will.
