The 2026 DE Test & Evaluation Joint Conference on T&E Support to Prototyping and Experimentation,
to be held in Albuquerque, NM on 18-21 May 2026, will provide an opportunity for your organization to
exhibit, become an ITEA Event Sponsor, host a catered event, and/or advertise in either
the Attendee Guide or the Agenda This page describes these
opportunities and provides details on submitting an application.
Exhibits
Commercial, academic, and government exhibits will be an integral part of the DE Test & Evaluation Joint Conference.
Eight-by-ten foot exhibit spaces, issued on a first-come, first-served basis, are
available for $3000 ($2700 for DEPS Sponsors and ITEA Corporate Members) and include a 6-foot table, two chairs, and
a trash can. Note: electricity is not included with these exhibit spaces. However, electricity and other services
will be obtainable from our convention services firm. Contact

Exhibit fees include two complimentary registrations: one full event registration and one
exhibit-only registration. A full registration allows the staff to attend technical sessions of the
Symposium. Exhibit-only registrations include all catering Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday,
to include meals, breaks, and receptions, but does not include attendance at any technical or plenary sessions,
or other benefits of attendance.

Additional exhibit-only registrations can be purchased according to the fee matrix to the right, which
covers the costs of catering for the event. In addition, the complimentary exhibit-only registration can
be upgraded to a full event registration for a cost of $675.

Your sponsorship helps defer the cost of the Joint Conference and supports the scholarship
fund which assists deserving students and schools in their pursuit of academic disciplines related to the test and evaluation profession. Conference sponsorship
and related benefits will become effective on receipt of payment.

Catered Event Co-Hosting Opportunities
Corporations may also consider co-hosting a catered event at the event. All co-hosts receive recognition
on our website and in the symposium agenda and attendee guide. In addition, during the hosted event, a sign is posted recognizing
the host and napkins with the host's corporate logo are used. Reception co-hosts also receive
verbal recognition of their contribution. Co-host opportunities are as follows:
Breakfasts: $2000 each (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
Lunches: $3500 each (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
All host opportunities are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
