To further DEPS’ initiatives to foster the future generation of directed energy professionals, we have curated a list of paid summer and year round internship opportunities available to currently enrolled undergraduate and graduate students at U.S. colleges and universities. These positions are open to U.S. citizens only.
Internships span a wide range of disciplines, including but not limited to:
- Science - Physics, Chemistry
- Engineering - Electrical, Optical, Chemical, Mechanical, and Materials
- Mathematics and Computer Science
POSITION DESCRIPTIONS
Typically, interns will work for the summer in a laboratory or university under the tutelage of full-time researchers. Work may be experimental, theoretical, or computer modeling and simulation, depending on the position. Specific work assignments, hours and pay will vary.
